Risk Logic Sydney
Client’s IT Requirements
Risk Logic, a company based in the Sydney CBD, were looking for a Sydney-based ITC company that could offer a superior computer support service as they believed they were not receiving adequate support from their existing provider. Risk Logic were after a professional ITC Company who could meet their requirements, mainly to perform a complete restructure to complement their forthcoming move to new offices located in the CBD. Techstream Solutions were appointed their new provider in June 2016.
Our IT Solutions
Understanding the requirements and brief provided by Risk Logic, the team of ITC Engineers at Techstream Solutions designed a complete cloud based solution incorporating Office 365, Soonr (Workplace), VOIP telephony and new Microsoft Surface Pro devices. The complete overhaul of products was a significant change to Risk Logic’s technological environment, but allowed flexibility for staff to work from any location, from multiple devices. They no longer experienced any restrictions and as a result their productivity levels increased.
As well as a changes in software and hardware devices, we also assisted by undertaking an IT audit and subsequently designing a solution that would work with their business direction for an agile working environment. We implemented an SOE (Standard Operating Environment) at both a software and hardware level so that staff could move freely around the office. The desks in their new office were not allocated to any staff members (similar to a Hot Desk solution).
Furthermore, Techstream Solutions were able to assist with an audio visual solution for their meeting rooms. This included audio/visual, internet and WiFi. Techstream Solutions provided a consultancy service throughout the new office fitout process to ensure the correct technology provisions were installed.
As the final component, Techstream Solutions implemented a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategy. This included the provision of an on-premise server to ensure Risk Logics’ Cloud File server solution was backed up and Mailguard was implemented for their Email BC plan.
Ongoing IT Support and Managed Services
Once the implementation of the restructuring was complete, Risk Logic entered a Service Level Agreement to assist with ongoing computer support and managed IT services. Our all-encompassing Stream360 plan proved to be the right fit, providing a complete service and maintenance structure. Risk Logic’s systems are now monitored and supported to keep staff working efficiently, increasing staff productivity and removing any possible exposure to previous support issues. Techstream Solutions will continue to work closely with Risk Logic, providing regular consultancy services to ensure the right solutions and technological infrastructure is in place.
