Green Building Council Australia (GBCA) began using Techstream Solutions (then known as Ibtho), back in 2004. As we were a relatively small organisation with a simple IT set up, we only required minimal technical support.
Between the years of 2005-2007 GBCA experienced significant business growth. It was during this time that GBCA were able to utilise the full scope of ITC services offered by Techstream Solutions including significant infrastructure upgrades, the most recent of which occurred in 2014.

An example of such works included the provision of a “Citrix” hosted solution to provide virtual desktops to all employees as well as the implementation of a “Disaster Recovery Solution”. The result allowed a flexible work environment for our employees, security of data and provided the foundation for future expansion. Furthermore, a “Managed Service Agreement” with Techstream Solutions has allowed GBCA to monitor ITC finances by preventing potential IT issues through regular maintenance and support.
